Rules & Regulations
On admission, every student has to submit three copies of his/her photographs for identity card duly attested and presents the same for inspection on demand. A student will not be allowed to enter the college premises, if they fail to carry their identity card.
Students must attend lectures and tutorials regularly according to the time table on all working days of the college. They must not abstain themselves from lectures, tutorial and examinations without prior permission of the Principal. Students will be warned if their attendances in lectures and tutorials are unsatisfactory, and the same would not be continued on the college rolls.
In case of illness, a student or his/her parents must apply for leave in written attached with the Doctor’s certificate.
A student must not attend classes other than their own, without the permission of the Principal.
A student must not loiter in the college premises while the classes are going on.
Smoking or intakes of any form of Drugs or alcohol are strictly prohibited in the college premises and stern action would be taken against the students, who participate in such things.
Students shall do nothing either inside or outside the college that will in any way interfere with its orderly administration and discipline. Reputation of the college must be maintained.
No Society or Association shall be formed in the college and no person would be invited to address a meeting without the prior permission of the Principal and the Management.
No student shall collect any money or contribution for picnic, trip, an educational visit to places get – together, study notes, charity or any other activity without the prior sanction of the Principal and the Management.
In College debates and other meetings, the chair must be taken by a responsible person approved by the Principal and the subject of debate must have the prior approval of the Principal and the Management.
No student will be allowed to take active part in current politics or any union.
No student shall communicate any information or write about matters dealing with the college administration to the press, without prior intimation and information of the management.
Students are expected to take proper care of College property and to help in keeping the premises neat and clean. Damage to the property of the College is a breach of discipline and the guilty will be duly punished.
A student should not leave their books, valuable and other belongings in the class rooms.
The College is not responsible for the loss of property of the students.
A student requiring certificates or testimonials in regard to their performance and progress in subject should apply to the College office.
If, for any reason, the continuance of a student in the College is in the opinion of the Principal, detrimental in the best interest of the College, the Principal may ask such student to leave the College without assigning any reason thereof.
Students of the college are bound by the rules and regulations.
Insubordination and harsh language or misconduct on the part of a student is a sufficient reason for his suspension or dismissal.
All College activities are organized under the guidance and supervision of the Principal and Professors in-charge appointed by the Principal with prior permission of the Management.
Students must not associate themselves with any activity not authorized by the Principal. Serious view will be taken of students found organizing or participating in such unauthorized activities.
Students using unfair means at examination will not be readmitted to the College. Parents should also note this.
Notice Board: It is the responsibility of the students to read the Notice Board regularly for important announcements and notices made by the College office from time to time. They will not be excused or be given any concession on ground of ignorance.
Matters not covered by the existing rules will rest at the absolute discretion of the Principal and the Management.
Attendance for all the exams that is internal and external is compulsory.
NO MOBILE IN THE CLASS ROOM - Use of cell phones in any form in the class room while in session is strictly prohibited. On breach of this discipline, the cell-phone holder will be liable for penalty of Rs. 500/- . It should be used only in case of emergency.
NO RAGGING - Ragging is a crime. Students and parents are informed that ragging is strictly banned & considered as a serious offence which will result into severe punishment or expulsion from the College
